Garage Floor Epoxy Coatings
Garage Floor Epoxy in Allen
A garage floor takes hot tires, dropped tools, oil, and road salt, so the coating on it has to be built for abuse. Allsaintsofamerica installs multi-coat garage systems over a properly prepared slab: a penetrating primer, a pigmented base, a full broadcast of vinyl color flakes, and a clear topcoat rated for hot-tire pickup and automotive fluids. The result resists the delamination that ruins thin roll-on kits.
Why a Real Garage System Beats a Kit
Big-box epoxy kits are water-based and go over an acid-etched slab, which is exactly why they lift within a season or two. We build from 100% solids epoxy and finish with a UV-stable polyaspartic or urethane clear so the floor near your overhead door does not amber or peel. A finished flake floor also hides slab imperfections and adds slip resistance underfoot.
Our Process
We start by diamond-grinding the concrete to the correct surface profile from the ICRI guideline, then chase cracks and patch any spalls. If the slab off Bethany Drive or near 75002 shows moisture, we test it and add a mitigation primer before coating. From there we lay the base, broadcast flake to rejection, and seal it. Most two-car garages are done in a day or two.
